What data we collect and why

When you use the contact form or book an appointment, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any information you include in your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry or confirm your booking.

When you visit our website, analytics data is collected automatically via Google Analytics. This includes pages visited, time spent on the site, and general location (country/city level). This data is anonymised and used only to understand how the site is used and improve it.

Our website includes a WhatsApp chat button. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, any conversation takes place within the WhatsApp platform and is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Appointment booking is handled through a third-party platform, Dentr (dentr.net). Any information you submit during the booking process is processed by Dentr in accordance with their privacy policy. We recommend reviewing their policy at dentr.net.
