Antonio has more than 20 years of international experience in orthodontics, having worked in Venezuela, Spain and the United Kingdom. He graduated from the Central University of Venezuela and completed a Master’s in Advanced Orthodontics at the European University of Madrid. With training in Damon, Incognito, Invisalign, Harmony and Win systems, he provides orthodontic care for both children and adults, helping patients understand their options and feel confident throughout treatment.

Dr. Alba Rodriguez is a General Dentist at Prem Dent, with experience across general and cosmetic dentistry gained in Venezuela and the UK. After graduating from Santa Maria University in Caracas in 2016, she has continued developing her skills through further training in aesthetic dentistry. Alba takes a thorough, compassionate approach to patient care, helping every patient feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.
Dr. Andreea Miclea

Dr. Andreea Miclea is an Associate Dentist at Prem Dent, with a keen eye for detail and further training in implants, endodontics and cosmetic dentistry. After qualifying with a DMD from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, she has practised in private clinics across Europe and the UK, continuing her postgraduate education in restorative and aesthetic dentistry. Andreea is fluent in Romanian and English.
Dr. Pasquale Santamaria
Specialist Oral Surgeon with s.i. on periodontology GDC: 294927
Dr. Pasquale Santamaria has advanced training in oral surgery and periodontology, with a strong clinical and academic background. He completed his Dentistry studies and MSc in Oral Surgery at the University of Chieti in Italy, and has been on the UK GDC Specialist List for Oral Surgery since 2021. His research at King’s College London focuses on advanced gum disease and periodontal treatment. Pasquale combines specialist surgical training with academic research to support patients with complex gum and oral surgery needs.
Katherine Fernandes
Dental Therapist and Hygienist GDC: 314710
Katherine qualified as a General Dentist in Venezuela before relocating to the UK to build her career as a Dental Therapist and Hygienist. She takes a patient-centred approach to preventive and periodontal care, including scaling and root planing and managing calculus above and below the gumline. A fully qualified Airflow practitioner, she also provides topical fluoride treatment and takes and interprets dental radiographs, with a strong focus on prevention and patient education.
Endrina Obrador

Endrina is a Dental Hygienist at Prem Dent, part of the team since 2018. She qualified as a dental hygienist in Spain in 2015, then completed a National Diploma in Dental Nursing in the UK in 2018. Endrina takes a gentle, thorough approach to hygiene care, working with patients across the full range of hygiene needs from mild to more involved cases, and offers Airflow and teeth whitening alongside routine treatment. She’s fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
