My first contact with the clinic was through WhatsApp, and the reception team was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. They took the time to understand my situation, answered my questions promptly, and made me feel supported throughout the process. The reception team went above and beyond by explaining my complex orthodontic and post-surgical case to Dr. D’Apuzzo before my appointment. As a result, he was already familiar with my situation and was able to quickly understand the problem and provide a solution. Dr. D’Apuzzo was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. After a stressful period following my orthognathic surgery and Invisalign treatment, I finally felt that my concerns were being heard and addressed. Do you offer payment plans for treatment?

We offer flexible payment options for a range of treatments, including orthodontics and implants. Options are discussed at your consultation once we know what your treatment plan involves.

What happens at a first consultation?

Your first visit includes a full examination and a conversation about your goals. We assess your teeth, gums and bite before recommending any treatment, so you know exactly what’s involved and what your options are before committing to anything.

Do you treat dental emergencies?

Yes. If you’re in pain, have swelling, or have broken or lost a tooth, contact us as soon as symptoms start and we’ll arrange an appointment to see you.

Are your dentists registered with the GDC and CQC?

Yes. All our clinicians are registered with the General Dental Council, and Prem Dent is registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

Is teeth whitening safe?

Teeth whitening is a well established cosmetic treatment when carried out by a registered dental professional. Suitability and results vary from patient to patient, which is why we assess your teeth before starting any whitening treatment.

Do you offer orthodontic treatment for adults as well as children?

Yes. We treat adults and children, with options including fixed braces and clear aligners such as Invisalign and Spark. Your dentist will recommend the right option based on your bite and goals.
