I had an excellent experience at Prem Dent Dental Clinic. My first contact with the clinic was through WhatsApp, and the reception team was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. They took the time to understand my situation, answered my questions promptly, and made me feel supported throughout the process. The reception team went above and beyond by explaining my complex orthodontic and post-surgical case to Dr. D’Apuzzo before my appointment. As a result, he was already familiar with my situation and was able to quickly understand the problem and provide a solution. Dr. D’Apuzzo was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. After a stressful period following my orthognathic surgery and Invisalign treatment, I finally felt that my concerns were being heard and addressed. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very well organised. I am truly grateful to both the reception team and Dr. D’Apuzzo for their kindness, efficiency, and professionalism.
