How is the Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) procedure performed?
The Treatment Consists of 6 Phases:
- Disinfection of the area to be treated with an antiseptic product to eliminate possible bacteria and microorganisms before proceeding with the treatment.
- Photographs before starting treatment to capture the initial situation of the patient.
- Application of local anaesthetic cream leaving it to act for 30-40 minutes.
- Extraction of the blood Sample, which will subsequently be put in a centrifuge to separate the components of the blood and simply obtain what we need to perform the PRP treatment.
- Infiltration of plasma manually with small intradermal injections or with a mesotherapy gun that is infiltrating the substance at an established rhythm and at the same depth.
